Micah is plugging along. Still teething, trying to walk and cruising all over the house. He has master the stairs. Yesterday he made it up the entire basement stairway. I was behind him the whole time, of course, but amazing how strong that little man is.

Easter Lily Madness
We spent last week dealing with a kitty crisis. Either Hilo, Kona or both cats ate part of an Easter Lily. Turns out Easter Lily (lilies in general) are one of the most lethal plants for cats by causing kidney failure within 2-4 days if not treated right away. So needless to say both cats were in and out of the vet getting multiple injections of subcutaneous fluids to flush out their system Monday through Wednesday. We thought Kona was a goner by Wednesday, turns out her blood work was fine, just ended up with a bladder infection from all of the stress of the plant/vet. We still don't know if she is the one that ate the plant, but 'I'm going to say 90% sure it was her. Luckily the vet knew what he was doing and was able to save our little girls. Micah was oblivious to all of this, and we are thankful for both grandmas who were around to watch him while we were dealing with the cats. They have used up one or more of their nine lives, but grateful they made it through.
